Flooring Systems
Six engineered resin systems. One standard: the floor performs, or it doesn't ship. Every Maverick system is specified to the slab, the traffic, and the chemistry it has to survive — not pulled off a shelf.
Specified to the Environment, Not the Brochure
A freezer floor fails differently than a forklift aisle. A brewery floor fails differently than both. Choosing a flooring system is a risk decision: thermal shock, point loads, chemical exposure, sanitation regimes, and how many hours of downtime your operation can absorb during installation.
The summaries below are written to get you to the right system fast. Each system page includes the full build-up cross-section, typical performance properties, and direct links to CAD details and CSI specifications for your design team.
Every Maverick System Includes
- Substrate evaluation — moisture testing, profile verification, and slab condition review before a drop of resin goes down.
- Mechanical surface preparation — shot blasting or diamond grinding to the specified concrete surface profile.
- Manufacturer-direct materials — MavCoat, MavCrete, MavSeal, MavTop, MavClad, MavGrout, MavPatch, MavJoint, and MavTints product lines, installed by the people who make them.
- Documented build-up — mil thicknesses logged per area, with closeout documentation for your facility file.
- 48-hour response — questions during design or after turnover get answered within two business days.
Six Systems. Matched to the Job.
Start with the environment. The right system follows.
Epoxy Systems
MavCoat epoxy — SLE self-leveling, PC prime & coat broadcast, HB high-build, and Metallic finishes over MAVPRIME EP. The workhorse for plants, warehouses, and showrooms that need durability with a clean, sealable surface.
View Epoxy SystemsCementitious Urethane
MavCrete UM urethane mortar — with UF-HD flake and UQ-HD quartz heavy-duty systems — engineered for thermal shock, hot washdown, and organic acid exposure. The standard answer for USDA-, FDA-, and HACCP-driven food and beverage environments.
View Cementitious UrethaneFast-Cure Systems
The MavCoat FC hybrid epoxy-polyurea rapid-cure basecoat and MavSeal UPA polyaspartic topcoat return floors to service in hours, not days. Full-system installs over a weekend shutdown — or overnight, bay by bay — without sacrificing UV stability or abrasion resistance.

MavCoat Flex flexible epoxy and the MavCoat Polyurea waterproof membrane bridge moving cracks and stop chloride-laden water before it reaches rebar — finished with a MavSeal HWU high wear urethane topcoat. Drive lanes, ramps, and turn zones get reinforced wear courses.

MavPatch Epoxy, MavRapidPatch, and MavPolyPatch rebuild spalled joints, pitted aprons, and failed patches to better-than-original strength — backed by MavGrout USP sloping grout and MavClad EM epoxy mortar for full restoration or pre-overlay prep.

MavJoint JF semi-rigid joint filler protects joint edges from hard-wheel traffic and keeps washdown water out of the slab. Six standard colors to match or contrast your floor.
