Engineer First
Every floor is a system: substrate, profile, primer, body, topcoat, joints. We specify the build-up to the exposure — not to the product we want to sell.
Maverick Performance Solutions is an industrial flooring contractor and product manufacturer built around one idea: the floor is the hardest-working surface in the facility, and it should be engineered like it.
This industry runs deep on "the way it's always been done" — systems specified from a catalog, installed to the minimum, details left to chance. We named the company Maverick because we don't accept that. Our team takes on the floors other contractors walk away from — wet-process food plants, freezer rooms, loading aisles that never stop running — and pushes past the norms with new solutions, better methods, and floor systems engineered to last longer and perform harder. The jobs are hard. The schedules are harder. We keep getting called back, and we keep saying yes.
Doing difficult work taught us something the catalog never could: the failures we were hired to fix almost always traced back to the details. Bad cove terminations. Joints filled with the wrong material. Topcoats specified for traffic they were never built to take. So we stopped treating flooring as a commodity and started treating it as an engineered system — substrate, prep, build-up, details, cure.
That discipline became our product lines. MavCoat epoxy and specialty coatings, MavCrete urethane mortars, MavSeal and MavTop topcoats and broadcast systems, MavJoint JF joint filler, and MavPatch repair products exist because we install what we make and stand behind both. No single one of us is the story — the team is: engineering, manufacturing, and installation under one roof, pushing each other to deliver floors a catalog never could. Crews across the Midwest, one standard, and the same answer when the job is hard: yes.
Values are easy to print. Ours are written into how we quote, prep, install, and close out — and you can hold us to every one of them.
Every floor is a system: substrate, profile, primer, body, topcoat, joints. We specify the build-up to the exposure — not to the product we want to sell.
Downtime is the most expensive line on the bid. We plan installs around production windows and return calls inside 48 hours, because waiting costs you money.
We manufacture MavCoat, MavCrete, MavSeal, MavTop, MavPatch, and MavJoint JF and we install them. One company is accountable for the floor — there is no one else to point at.
Typical properties, applied thicknesses, batch records, CSI specifications, detail drawings. If we claim it, we document it — and hand the documentation over.
Maverick is built for the industrial Midwest — the food plants, distribution hubs, manufacturing floors, and parking structures that keep the region running. Our crews mobilize across the states below, and for multi-site programs and national accounts we travel beyond them. If your facility runs hard, we will get there.
Site assessments, moisture testing, and budget pricing start with one conversation. We respond to every inquiry within 48 hours — usually faster.
Request a site visitWe hire installers, finishers, foremen, and project managers who take pride in surface prep done right and edges that look drawn, not poured. No flooring experience? We train. Work ethic and attention to detail are the parts we can't teach.
Competitive pay, steady regional work, and a crew that holds the same standard on a Friday night pour as a Monday morning one. Request our employment application and tell us what you've built.
Email us with "Employment Application" in the subject line and we'll send the Maverick Employment Application along with current openings.
